Audra was thrilled to be invited back to help out a favorite former client with their “fast track” annual Gala. Antrum Events was called upon to manage the event’s volunteer committee, liaison with key vendors, assist with managing fundraising and to create a vintage Vegas theme for the Saturday, September 26th event held at the Shubert Theater in New Haven. This non-traditional gala format was very logistics intensive! Guests arrived at the Shubert for a pre-event cocktail reception, silent auction and hors d’oeuvres; then left to dine at area restaurants (preselected at time of RSVP) and returned to the Shubert after dinner for some final bidding before heading into the theater for an unforgettable performance AND an “After Party” on the stage. Oh What a Night indeed! Those who know Griffin’s CEO, Patrick Charmel, know that he expects innovation, cutting-edge and a memorable event that guest will talk about for weeks after.
